Vantoria is an online MMORPG where players from all over the world gather every day. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following rules must be respected at all times.

We reserve the right to take action against any destructive behavior within the game, on our website, or any of our services. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• a) Offensive Names - Names that are offensive, racist, vulgar, sexual, drug-related, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• b) Names Containing Forbidden Advertising - Names that advertise third-party brands, products, services, or involve real money trading.
• c) Unsuitable Names - Names that express political or religious views.
• d) Names Supporting Rule Violation - Names that promote, incite, or imply violations of the rules.

• a) Offensive Statements - Statements that are insulting, racist, sexual, drug-related, or harassing.
• b) Spamming - Repeating the same or similar messages excessively or using unreadable/nonsensical text.
• c) Forbidden Advertising - Advertising brands, products, or services unrelated to the game or involving real money trade.
• d) Off-topic Public Statements - Political or religious public messages, or other unrelated statements in inappropriate channels.
• e) Violating Language Restriction - Using non-English in channels where English is explicitly required.
• f) Disclosing Others' Personal Data - Sharing other people's private information without consent.
• g) Supporting Rule Violation - Statements that support, announce, or imply a rule violation.

• We maintain a detailed history of all transactions made both in-game and through the website for security and fraud prevention purposes...

• a) Bug Abuse - Intentionally exploiting bugs or game glitches.
• b) Use of Unauthorized Software - Modifying the client or using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.

Type - Description

• Auto-healing scripts - Healing, mana, auto spells. (ALLOWED)
• Cavebots - Automated hunting, walking (punishable by 7 days ban)
• Standing in Place - Standing without purpose using a bot 3-day ban
• Macros/Scripts - Automate gameplay 3-day ban
• Multi-Client (MC) - Logging more than one character per PC/IP; no hunting MC on same spots 3-day ban
• Multi-Client (MC) - Follow ban on MC, same as AFK with active player 3-day ban
• Trading of Tibia coins from RL Tibia between players is prohibited! (10-day ban)
• no running, follow-the-game, exp! (2-day ban)
• Trading characters from the server for real money is strictly prohibited. Any player caught selling, buying, or mediating the trade of characters for real-world currency will receive a 30-day account ban. The Char Bazaar available in-game is the only official and permitted way to trade characters.

Breaking this rule may lead to a permanent ban without warning.

• a) Nature of Service - Payments are made for virtual currency (Vantoria Coins) used within the game. These are digital services, not physical goods.
• b) Immediate Delivery - By completing a purchase, the user agrees to the immediate delivery of digital content and waives the right to a 14-day withdrawal period.
• c) Refund Policy - Once delivered and assigned to the account, Vantoria Coins are non-refundable.
• d) Responsibility - The user is responsible for providing the correct character name or account ID during the transaction.
• e) Complaints - Any issues with transactions should be reported to vantoriaots@gmail.com. We guarantee a response within 14 days.

• a) Impersonating Staff - Claiming to be part of the Vantoria team or having administrative powers.
• b) Defamation or Boycotts - Spreading false information or encouraging others to boycott the server.
• c) False Information to Staff - Submitting intentionally misleading reports, bug reports, or support requests.

• a) Hacking - Stealing accounts, passwords, or personal data from other players.
• b) Server Attacks - Attempting to harm or disrupt the server or any part of its infrastructure.
• c) Violation of Laws - Breaking applicable laws, agreements, or third-party rights.

Breaking or attempting to break the rules may lead to:

• Temporary bans
• Permanent account deletion
• Loss of items, skills, or characters
• Permanent access ban without warning or compensation

The type of punishment depends on the severity of the violation and the players history. Sanctions are determined at the sole discretion of the administration.
