Rozen Maiden x Dolk Collaboration announced
We have the latest news from Dolk’s Twitter announcing that they are collaborating with Peach Pit, the creators of the popular manga series Rozen Maiden!

The aim of this project, which came into being due to popular demand by customers, is to bring the two main characters of the franchise, the “fifth Doll” Shinku and the “first Doll” Suigintou to life – yet again as Ball-Jointed-Dolls. As of right now, not much is known about this partnership – aside from the two confirmed characters. According to the official website, Dolk will be working closely with the mangaka duo to ensure the project is up to their and the fans ́ standards. The designs of the dolls will be based on the 2013 anime adaptation but remain in a more “realistic” style while aiming to capture the antique feel of the original character designs.

Those familiar with older doll releases will remember the Volks x Rozen Maiden collaboration which started in 2005, took place over several years and produced a total of five dolls – many of which are highly sought-after by collectors to date. We are incredibly excited about this news – not only because this is the first BJD release in collaboration with Peach Pit after such a long time.
Please stay tuned for further updates on this project!
